The Black Crowes are coming back to San Francisco for six shows at The Fillmore. December 12, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 19th. Tickets go on sale this Sunday.

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros are returning to San Francisco after a recent sold out show at Bimbo’s. Edward Sharpe’s captivating personality, enthusiastic fans, along with a 11 piece band made for one amazing show. Tickets for the May 27th Fillmore show go on sale on Sunday morning.

MGMT is coming to the Fillmore for two shows on April 12th and 13th before heading out to Coachella! Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden formed the band while attending Wesleyan University during their freshman year and the band has taken off. Their debut album Oracular Spectacular was named the best album of 2008 by NME and 18th best album of the decade by Rolling Stone magazine. Their new album is being released on April 13th, but can be streamed on their web site before it comes out.

Tickets for both shows go on sale on Sunday morning and I’m imagining they will sell out in minutes.

If you watched 500 Days of Summer you probably couldn’t get the Temper Trap’s Sweet Disposition song out of your head. This Australian band released their debut album Conditions in 2009 packed with other great songs. They are playing this Friday at The Fillmore with West Indian Girl.
